If applicant is self employed then, company documentation such as registration of company, partnership deed, tax registration and certificates. Applicants above 60 yrs of age or the applicants desiring to apply the Visa for more than six months will have to provide Overseas Medical Insurance. Evidence of accommodation in Switzerland along with complete hotel address and contact details, e.g. Hotel confirmation, receipt of paid package tour, booking for entire stay. if passenger are accompanied by kids then student identity card of kid is required Medical Insurance if Passenger is about 60 years.
