TOURIST	1 Form 1 Photo (specification given in the foot note) Covering letter Return Ticket Hotel Confirmation Exchange OR Credit Card Copy Sponsership or invitation if any. Financial Documents: 1- Personal Bank Statement last six months. 2- Personal IT Return last three years. Guarantee Letter on company letter head which will specify : 1- Pax will return back to his/ her native country within the specified time. 2- PAX will not change the temporary visa to another category of visa once he or she enters Philippines. Fees Payable by DD only.
Fees	Single Entry - 1 DD of Rs 2400/- Multiple Entry - 2 DDs of Rs 2400/- each favouring Embassy Of The Philippines, New Delhi to be sent along with the documents.

Note : PHOTO SPECIFICATION :2 x 2 (inches)coloured photograph, with white background, taken within 6 months, duly signed on front side half on application form half on photograph. Passport size photograph will also be accepted.
