Itinerary Day 1: (Sunday) LONDON – ZURICH – RHINE FALLS Today you meet your Tour Leader at the airport where you will receive your flight tickets. After checking in and clearing the necessary procedures, you board your flight to Zurich. Upon arrival you clear the necessary immigrations and board the coach for the short drive to the largest waterfalls in Europe, the Rhine Falls, famed for its elegance and its greatness in size. Later we drive to an Indian Restaurant for Dinner. Breakfast (No) Dinner (Yes) Day 2: (Monday) ZURICH – MT. TITLIS WITH ICE FLYER – LUZERN. This morning after breakfast we check out of the hotel and drive towards Zurich City where you will see the Limmat river, Grossmunster church and Zurichsee. Later drive towards the town of Engelberg, to commence our ascent to the Mt. Titlis via a ride. Aboard the world's first ever revolving cable car which gives you a 360 degree breathtaking view. Arriving at the peak of 10,000ft above sea level you can enjoy the surrounding snow topped mountains. Here you have time to play in the snow or visit the ice caves. After our descent we visit the most sacred sights of Luzern, the Lion Monument and the Chapel Bridge, you will also have some free time to explore the town yourself and engage in some shopping. Breakfast (Yes) Dinner (Yes) Day 3: (Tuesday) MT. SCHILTHORN – HARDER KULM In the morning, after breakfast we take a scenic drive to Lauterbrunnen to begin your journey via various cable cars, to reach the peak of Mt. Schilthorn (2970m). Mt. Schilthorn was the location for thrilling action scenes in the James Bond film "On Her Majesty's Secret Service". You will also have the opportunity to enjoy the delicious food available in the revolving restaurant Piz Gloria. We proceed for a visit the peak of Harder Kulm via funicular. This attractive vantage point offers fine views of the Bernese Oberland "capital" (between the Lakes of Brienz and Thun) as well as the entire Jungfrau Region. Later drive towards the town of Interlaken where you will have some free time for shopping. Breakfast (Yes) Dinner (Yes) Day 4: (Wednesday) MT. JUNGFRAU – TRUMMELBACH FALLS Today we depart the hotel and drive to the nearby train station, situated near Interlaken, to board the train which takes us to what's known as the "Top of Europe", Mt. Jungfrau, which lies at 3454m (11333ft), here you will see the highest railway station in Europe. The views from this unique place extend as far as the heights of neighbouring Germany and France, you can also visit the Ice Palace and see the many ice sculptures. After our descent we visit Trummelbach Falls, from where you can view various waterfalls built inside a mountain. Breakfast (Yes) Dinner (Yes) Day 5: (Thursday) BERN – GENEVA This morning we drive to the capital of Switzerland, Bern, for all its political status, Bern is a tiny city which retains a small town's easy approach to life. The attraction of this place is its ambience, traffic is kept out of the Old Town and you could spend hours just wandering the streets and alleys, café-hopping. The perfectly preserved medieval street plan, with its arcades, street fountains and doughty towers persuaded UNESCO to deem Bern a World Heritage Site, here you can enjoy some free time for shopping or exploring. Later we depart for Geneva where you will be taken for a short orientation tour which includes the United Nations building, the Flower Clock, the English Gardens and the Jet d'eau fountain. Breakfast (Yes) Dinner (Yes) Day 6: (Friday) GENEVA – ZURICH AIRPORT – LONDON In the morning after breakfast depending on your flight time you either have some free time or we check out of the hotel and drive towards Zurich airport to board your return flight to London.
