HOLYLAND PACKAGE IN ISRAEL

EL AL ISRAEL AIRLINES introduces a HOLYLAND Pilgrim Package . The cost of the Package is INR 49500/-

Following are the details:

1. The closing dates for the groups are 15 days prior to departure
2. This package is priced at INR 49500/-(per person on twin sharing basis. Single Room supplement US$ 130 )
3. On registering, the pax will have to deposit INR 2000/-(NON-REFUNDABLE)
4. Fill up the registration form(Forms available at ELAL ISRAEL AIRLINES Counter, on request)
5. Copies of Pax Passports, including the ECR/ECNR page to be collected.
6. Bank Statement
7. Letter from Employer. Incase pax has retired kindly mention on the Registration Form, where he/she has retired from and what post was held
8. The balance amount will be collected 15 days prior to departure.
9. Departure subject to a minimum of 30 pax ( combined Agents. )

COST INCLUDES

1. Economy Class Air Fare Mumbai-Tel Aviv- Mumbai including Airport Taxes and the current Fuel Surcharge
2. Accommodation in First Class Hotel on Twin sharing basis
3. Buffet Breakfast and Dinner
4. 6 Days of Sight Seeing in an A/C Coach with a professional English speaking guide
5. All entrance fees as per itinerary including a dip in the Dead Sea and a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee in a replica of a Galilean Fishing Boat of that time
6. Visa fees

COST DOES NOT INCLUDE

1. Domestic Travel (within INDIA)
2. Lunch
3. Items of personal nature (laundry, beverages, poterage, tips etc )

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Visa fee paid is based on the total number of Visas applied for to the MINISTRY OF INTERIOR JERUSALEM (MOIJ). Visa fees are not refundable incase any visa is rejected.
2. Granting of the Israel Visa is exclusively at the discretion of the MOIJ, and we do not play any role whatsoever in the process of submission or approval of Visas.
3. A FREE ticket is issued to the Tour Leader when there are a minimum of 20 Adult Fare paying passengers. Two Child Fare paying passengers are considered as one Adult.
4. In-order to obtain a Group Visa, the application should be made to the MOIJ at least 12 working days in advance i.e excluding Fridays, Saturdays and Jewish Holidays
5. Should the Visa be granted and the passenger decides not to travel, 50% of the amount payable will be deducted as cancellation fees.
6. Please note, it is mandatory for all passengers in the group to have ECNR(Emigration Check Not Required) or POE (Protector Of Emigrants) clearance/suspension before departure. This is solely the responsibility of the Tour Leader and we shall not be responsible whatsoever if any passengers are denied permission to travel by the IMMIGRATION AUTHORITY. Such cases will be denied of any refund of the amount paid for the Tour.
7. The Tour Leader will be responsible for those passengers who do not return with the group and will be further liable to pay charges to the Tour Operator in Israel for the fines imposed by the MOIJ.
