Hotel confirmation from hotel in Greece to be faxed by the Hotel to Embassy and copy to us. Personal IT Papers 2 years Personal Bank Statement 6 months   NOTE: Blank Passport holder or passport without Schengen/ US/ UK/ Canada visa travelled within last five years, will have to come to VFS personally to submit the docs, then VFS will give the interview date and pax to appear for interview in the Embassy on that particular date.
